    Which Nationals?

    I'm competing at the August 31 USAPL Bp Nationals & you have to do one qualifying meet.

    Mr Big Willie,

    I was talking about in general. I will be doing a qualifying meet in Aurora Col. in Dec for USAPL and I was hoping to qualify for nationals in denver july 2009.

    Im also training for a NASA meet in Albuquerque N.M. which will be in September and hopefully qualify for nationals or be invited to the PRO event in Oklahoma. Im 21 and 242 and my goals for september are

    Squats comp goal-675
    Bench goal- 475
    Deadlift goal- 755

    Its my first sanctioned meet, I have only competed in local gym events hosted my former powerlifters and such. Many of them have been very impressed with my strength and finally convinced me to give it a try.
