    Blasted the pecs!

I dont want to hear anything about too much volume, i can do low volume, but my chest won't feel sore or "worked".

Clap Pushups 2xFailure <---- I just added this to my routine and my chest feel great today!

    Incline BenchPress 2xFailure
    Flat BenchPress 2xFailure
    Pec Flies (Machine) 3x8

I just really want to comment on how the clap pushups made my chest feel (pardon the name, but I am unsure of the proper lingo!). Excellent excersise! EXCELLENT!

The sore or "worked" feeling don't necessarily indicate hypertrophy or strength gains. I can do 100 pushups to get my chest to feel sore and worked but that doesn't mean I'm getting any stronger or bigger...

    I love it.

As it is, it is no longer I myself who do it, but it is sin living in me. I know that nothing good lives in me, that is, in my sinful nature. For I have the desire to do what is good, but I cannot carry it out. For what I do is not the good I want to do; no, the evil I do not want to do--this I keep on doing. Now if I do what I do not want to do, it is no longer I who do it, but it is sin living in me that does it.
So I find this law at work: When I want to do good, evil is right there with me. For in my inner being I delight in God's law; but I see another law at work in the members of my body, waging war against the law of my mind and making me a prisoner of the law of sin at work within my members. What a wretched man I am! Who will rescue me from this body of death? Thanks be to God--through Jesus Christ our Lord!"

I wish 'feeling worked' had anything to do with success.

    It doesn't.

Progress does. Did you get stronger?
    Squats work better than supplements.
"You know, if I thought like that, I'd never put more than one plate on the bar for anything, I'd never use bands or chains, I'd never squat to parallel or below, and I'd never let out the slightest grunt when I lift. At some point in your lifting career (assuming you're planning on getting reasonably strong and big), you're going to have to accept that most people think you are some kind of freak." -Sensei

I like doing higher volume and feeling really sore the next day or two. It might not build more muscle but I feel like I have worked for them and it's a good feeling. beside I'm in no rush I have all day to spend in the gym.

pushups may make you feel sore, but you're better off doing another set of benching.

in my opinion free weights work a ton better than straight bars or machines for pecs. take two free weights at relaxed position theyll be like a straight bar, and on the way up turn then so their parallel with your body. do 3 sets of that. 3 sets of incline, and three sets of flies (using pullies not machines) work pecs great. with pushups shape your hands like a star so there straight under you and do em that way. i like those better than claps
