First time back in my canvas in months. It went way better than expected. I doubled 50 lbs more than what I hit at the meet 5 weeks ago.

I was sitting and spotting from the side for both sets (MAN DID I LOOK BLOATED OR WHAT ), NO that is not deep enuff but when you wear the most supportive equiptment it will stop you where it stops you, on both sets he sat back and suit grabbed him. He almost got out of position forcing it down so he came up. It's a good problem when you come up that quick and need to put more weight on the bar to get deeper.
More weight needed is fine just make sure that you can stand up with that heavier weight. Good work!!!
i was there an another thing is they actually look higher than they really were because of the darn video formatting,,everything looks stretched out, man it looks like i am about 6"2" i weight about 220 on that vid,,lol..God bless
