    Your one armed BB snatch

    How much can you guys do? Today I just did 95lbs and I think I could have gone for more. I havent done them in a very very long time.

    100 is the highest I've ever been.. the only hard part was the grip aspect on the way up. It would go fast but felt like it would fly out of my hands at the top so I stopped lol. Tha'ts a sick snatch man congrats

    I love these. I've done up to 130 and have come oh-so-close to 135 with my right arm. I might try them again today...
