    exercise tubing?

    is exercise tubing any good? basically its a resistance rubberized cable with a handle on each end that you can conform to do curls, pulldown etc. obviously it wouldnt take the place of free weights, but lets say if your on vacation or dont have access to a gym....

    Sure it's something in a pinch - don't discount bw circuits either
