Today I decided to go back to a 2brd, feeling like I need to get more heavy weight in my hands more often. Touching isn't an issue at all but lately stuff just feels heavy in my hands. Next couple of weeks are going to be raw though. We also did 4brd work after the shirted bench. I ended up with a nice strong 585 (straight weight) but forgot to push the record button so the only 4brd video is the 545.

it was an OK day. I've hit 765 off 2brd before. I'm going to take a couple weeks and go raw but I also think its time to go to the full Super Duper Phenom. The one I've got now is an awesome shirt and I'm so comfortable in it. I know I could wear it in a meet tomorrow and hit a PR but I think if I'm going to get after 800 I need to ratchet up the shirt a little.
