how many grams of protein should be looking to take in per day?
i work out three times a week:
monday - arms and chest
wednesday - back and shoulders
friday - legs
pretty much all freeweights
im also going to start going in on saturdays to do a bit of cardio work.
so my question is ... how many grams of protein and carbohydrates need to be taken in a day?
also can anyone recommend a good pre workout meal?, i tied outmeal but it tastes like crap and i cant eat it .,,, any suggestions?
