Hey guys, just joined the boards, posting for the first time.

I'm guessing you've read hundreds of introductions by now so I'll spare you, basically I just have one question. .... plus a few background sentences.

I consider myself to be at an intermediate level of weight training, having been exercising, albeit probably blinded by ignorance, pretty much every day for the last 3 months. I have fallen into a plateau and am looking for some changes.

After digging around the internet, I've read some articles on pyramid split routines and it looks like what I need in terms of time and advantages/disadvantages.

Is there a guide you guys think is superior to the many others on the web?
