I'm trying to get to 300 lbs, and move weights way heavier than that!

I decided to start a new journal because I feel like my lifting career has been completely resurrected. I can't sleep at night if my workouts suck, I feel like punching co-workers in the face the next day when I don't hit new max's, and I'm legitamently mad If I miss a protein shake, meal, or my weight slips even a pound!

So I'll start it off with a great workout with new maxs.

    Tuesday Back Max Effort

    T-Bar Rows

    145 x 8 PR
    155 x 4
    155 x 4

    Deadlift

    405 x 1
    465 x 1
    475 x 1 PR
    495 x 1 PR
    505 x 1 PR

    Seated One Arm Rows

    145 x 8
    155 x 8 PR
    165 x 6

    T-Bar Rows

    225 x 6
    235 x 4 PR

Out of the night that covers me,Black as the Pit from pole to pole,I thank whatever gods may be for my unconquerable soul. In The fell clutch of circumstance I have not winced nor cried aloud. Under the bludgeonings of chance my head is bloody, but unbowed. Beyond this place of wrath and tears looms but the horror of the shade And yet the menace of the years finds, and shall find, me unafraid. It matters not how strait the gate how charged with punishments the scroll,I am the master of my fate: I am the captain of my soul.

    Sunday Legs ME

Good workout today, slept before I headed over there. Weight was still at 214 even though I didn't get as many meals/shakes as I usually do which will mean tommorow the weight will probably be up. PR's are misleading considering I haven't maxed out too much on Back/Front squats.

    135 x 10
    225 x 8

    Sets

    315 x 1
    365 x 1
    385 x 1 New Max
    405 x 1 Newer Max
410 x 1 Newest Max (This was all back) (Video) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KbgvctItFOs

    Standing Calf Raises

    680 x 12
    700 x 11
    710 x 8

    Front Squats

    255 x 1 New Max (Video) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=025pU12PdeU
    275 x 1 Newer Max (Video) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O5P1nZvUyOI
    295 x 1 Newer Max (Video) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VReux1H_1dg

    315 x 0 (Video) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cNRWhAHZwmk
(Should have gotten, I had the horse power, I let the bar get away from me bad form...)

    Hamstring Curls

    180 x 6
    190 x 4
    200 x 2
