    What do we work in?

    KG or lbs?

I know that the overwhelming majority of members on here are from the US, but most people from the UK work in KG, including myself.

I think to convert KG into lbs you have to multiply by 2.2.

From my viewing when none of you mention the weight in lbs it looks like an extreme amount of weight!

I guess it depends on whether your gym has kilo plates or not. At my gym, standard plates are in lbs, but the bumper plates are in kg's.
