    Shoulder position for diamond pushups

Can somebody explain the correct form for diamond pushups? What direction are the elbows supposed to face? Do you form the diamond under your chest, higher or lower etc. I have been doing these for nearly 2 years now and have always just gone with what feels right, but lately I have been noticing more strain on my shoulders and I realized I didn't know the proper form.

    Thanks all
