    I don't think anything short of anorexia could lead a 6' tall guy to want to 'cut' down to 140lbs.

    You may wanna consider eating like a bear. But here's the twist, EAT LIKE A BEAR, BUT EAT CLEAN! And you also shouldn't neglect your training.
