    OMFA unilateral leg movement RUINS my workout

    I CANT ****ING STAND THIS ****. it ****ing sucks sooooooooo bad. im doing defrancos routine. squat snad deadlifts are fine i like em. but that lunges nad reverse lunges for 4x15 i wanna shoo my self after that ****. any1 else hate them?

    If they were easy, everyone would be doing it. Keep with it, eat enough to feed your muscles, and they'll grow like crazy

    i dont want to get big. but bro everyone says squats and DLs are so hard i love them. lunges are mad hard.

    The same principles that Detard listed still apply, though. Just keep with it. It's not supposed to be easy. If you don't want to get big, then make sure you are eating around maintenance.

    btw when luinging should teh back knee touch teh floor or no?

    It's a matter of preference. I touch my knee to the floor when I do them, but others may not. Do what feels comfortable to you.
