    pain in my knees

    ive been squatting for a couple months now and now im noticing pain in both of my knees. the only kind of squats i do are atg squats...any advice on what i should do?

    Are your knees passing your toes when you squat?

    my toes are usually positioned outward when coming up. I will post a video of me squatting though.
