    Please Help Routine

I have recently joined a gym and talked with a personal trainer. Here is the trainning routine he recommended. What does everyone think of this routine and could it be improved, more days, split, etc... Would the routine on this forum be a better choice?

    Monday, Wednesday, Friday

    Treadmill for 25min
    Bench 3 x 10
    Flies 3 x 10
    Pull Downs 3 x 10
    Rows 3 x 10
    Squat 3 x 10
    Deadlifts 3 x 10
    Calf Raises 3 x 10
    Crunches 3 x 10

I am 6'8", 400lbs, definalty overweight. I do have some experience lifting from high school and college football.

You could maybe do the treadmill on off days, instead of the same day as your lifting. That's quite a bit of volume...even without the treadmill work.

...unless the treadmill is just a warmup walk.
