The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    Rippetoes For Boxing?

I was wondering is Rippletoes good for boxing? Or what would be better?

If you've never followed a programme based on linear progression before, then yes.

I use to lift and followed Bill Starr's routine for awhile, but I laid off of lifting for a year then started getting boxing down in that time period. Now that I got boxing on key, looking to gain some strength, along with mass. About 3 weeks ago I started lifting again in this fashion.

    Mon
    Chest/tris

    Wed
    Back/Bis

    Fri
    Shoulders/Legs

And Tues, Thurs, Sat would be boxing days (abs included).

Would rippetoes still be a good routine to follow or is there something different?
