HEy guys, I'm 17 yrs old, and am on school holidays at the moment, and will be home a lot, as i have exams on the first week back to school.
I've only just begun working out as a hobby, and enjoy it.
I do go to the gym once in a while, but transport is the main problem.
I was wondering what work outs can do at home?
At the moment, I do push-ups, sit-ups and have a set of dumbells (which i only do bicep curls).
Please help me out and post some techniques i can do.
You'll need more weight to get results. Have a look around at sandbag training - you fill a duffle bag with sand and do various exercises with it.
