I actually feel fine today. Although yesterday I was in a rack pull haze for a couple hours afterwards.

How have you been incorporating the 5/3/1 into your current program? just the deadlifts?

I am about to start month 3 on the Deadlift. I am incorprating a variation of it for my (raw) squat warmups usings 3's, 2's and 1's. We'll see how that goes, but basically the volume is reduced, and I will be less aggressive on rep maxes (no more than 2 extra reps). Basically I just wanted to work in some organized progressive overload on my raw warmup squats. I dont use it on the bench currently.

Nice week of hammering the lower back! Those kick ass pin pulls and Zerchers are very effective.

Thanks Dave! I feel good, I may not even deload on the deadlift this week. I have a lot of time on my hands now so there will be more recovery work. Unless, of course I find a new job.
