    Decline Skullbusters....3 x 8 ~ 65

    Okay workout. Hard to get Back into it. Felt weak/tired. Don't like it.

    got my shoulder worked on again yesterday...RMT says I have a "micro-tear" in my side deltoid.He loosened up everything around it. It'll have to do. Getting damn expensive seeing him. It does feel a little better........

    Seated Calf Raises.....1 x 20 ~ 45, 80

    So-so workout. Could still feel my shoulder on bench. Took it easy. Step-Ups got some good looks.haha
