    Us old guys have been around a long time and read alot. Weve seen Theories and Training "truths" come and go.

    But i seriously think that Program I wrote will get you Stronger and Bigger in 10 weeks For Sure.

    Excellent workout! Felt pumped up for it. Had my Large DD from Timmies. Nice warm sunny day today. And I had a really good time throwing the weights around. I'm deff getting BACK into the swing of things now!

    Went to the Chiro today. Kink in my neck and mid-back. Got adjusted and made sure I loosened-up before my workout.
    Good workout. Feel ok with the progress so far. Would like the numbers to be much higher. I know that will come. Persistence.
