    Ate some Turkey on the weekend....ate ALOT of Turkey and Stuffing and this and that....then ate some more. Gained 5lbs.......sweet.

    Tonight's workout.

    MONDAY OCT 13/09

    Squats......................1 x 4 ~ 145, 155, 185, 205
    SLDLs.......................1 x 4 ~ 140, 150, 160, 180
    Wide Grip Pulldowns.....1 x 4 ~ 135, 145, 155, 165
    BB Rows....................1 x 4 ~ 130, 140, 150, 160
    BB Curls.....................1 x 4 ~ 90, 95, 100

    Good workout. Squats were nice and Deep. Enjoyed it thoroughly. Loving the Low Reps.
