The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

everything is looking good, and the goals seem easily in line for you, infact from how you've been doing I suspect you'll exceed them quite easily!

love the Darth Vader outfit... very cool for the little guy!

No workout tonight. Did not go to work either. Been dealing with this really bad case of the "green apple splatters" all weekend Lost 8lbs too.........

I was on the mend on Saturday...then I had 2 big pieces of Pizza....then BAM! I took a turn for the worse in a bad way. Spent all day Sunday in the bedroom & bathroom.

    Damn fricken viruses.

Thanks CoCoa. I've been resting. Alot. Been throwing up and stuff too. Alot. Not really eating either. Went to the hospital ER yesterday morning. Had severe intestinal pain all night Saturday. No sleep. Felt like a twisted bowel or something. Wife said "that's enough, were going to the ER". Hours later, finally get seen. Have X-ray and blood work done. Waited. Everything "looks" OK. Doctor orders a Ultrasound for me which I did this morning. Going to see my family Doctor tomorrow to discuss the results and my sickness for the past two weeks. I have lost a total of 18lbs now. Feel week and small. God I hate getting older.

    Just in time for Christmas...............

I Back. I think. Been hit hard in the last two weeks. Only now getting back to eating normally. Except, no Dairy. I believe I'm allergic to milk now. Won't be able to see my Doctor until next week when he's back. They did tell me that I have sludge in my gallbadder. Which can lead to gallstones. Yeah!.....not.

So....workouts have been on the sidelines. Might hit the gym tomorrow. Dunno. We'll see.

Down to 202lbs.........almost a woman again.

    I HATE these setbacks.........

Once you get out the cobwebs, might i suggest 8-4-2 on some lifts instead of 3 sets of 8. Not a radical change, just a mix of 8s,4s, and 2s on a Heavy Movement.
