    Very good workout thou. Except for the BP. Grrrrr. Oh well, Bench has never been my strong suit. Rows felt great. So did Zerchers. The BULK_BOY is BACK!

    Solid workouts. Don't see that many people doing 1-arm shoulder press (maybe one guy at the gym I lift at). What do you like about them?
