    Gym was Very Busy.

    Rib still sore.

    Once again I took it super easy.

    DB Bench
    Inclined DB Flyes
    Pulldowns
    DB Rows
    Standing DB Presses
    DB Hammer Curls


    Going to a RMT tomorrow. Been dealing with a kinked neck for the past week as well as this stupid rib.

    I Hate being held back like this. Not fair.

    You need to buy a Barbell and some kind of Racks. If things arent working, you could always Squat and Zercher at Home.
    My session on the weekend was from 1 AM until 2:30 AM just because of too much stuff going on in the "Normal" part of life.

    Went to gym yesterday. Tried to workout. Gym Rats everywhere. Did a bit here and a bit there. Really really don't like this gym anymore.

    Well yes there is. The planets has aligned. I came into a little money. I've got my ducks all lined up in a row. And now it's time to open up my own little gym in my basement!!!!!!!!!! YIPPEEEE

    So starting Mid-March I will be working out in a new Power Rack with a new Bench and a new set of Weights.

    You should do some heavy Partials on Squats and Rack Pulls and Bend all their Bars.

    I could. If I got hold of one of the normal bars. Most of them are weird triangle grip bars (flats). I HATE those ones. Weird. Never seen them before I came to this Fish Fry. God, I reek of fish.

    Get lots of work in on the Lifts you wont be able to do at Home. Heavy Dumbells and Pulldowns.

    Okay where do I start? First of all I got my Weights and Bench and DBs!!! (only 20s, 25s & 30s DBs) Talk about the price adding up quick. The Power Rack is still in transit. Gggrrrrrr. Then today I tweaked my Back at work and pulled something in my right mid-area. GGGrrrrrrrrrrr So I couldn't go Heavy with my new Gym. Oh well, that's Life - Something always happens to you while you're making plans.

    Okay workout. Mid-Back is still stiff/ sore. GGrrrrr. Got to use my Log again.Been awhile. Same for the 2" Thick BB. Man, talk about stretching your thumbs! Fun to do. Hurts like a bugger! Hahahaha

    Power Rack Update: Crossed the border yesterday....somewhere in Ontario now....getting close. Can't wait.
