    If I can manage 300 SLDL, I MIGHT be happy with myself. Haha. I got some nice DOMs after that workout. Looks like you are doing quite the bit yourself. What programming is your training based off of (sorry havent yet read everything yet)...5/3/1?

    Ya it is kinda of 5/3/1 right now, but I might not do the sets of 1's next month. Christmas and all. We're busy as hell at work too.

    I'd just like to point out you curled damn near half what you rack pulled... either you've got some big imbalance goin on, you aren't working hard enough on those rack pulls, or your curls look more like cleans aha

    Hahaha. It's a bit of both. 1) not working hard enough on the Rack Pulls. 2) A little cheating on the last set.

    So yes, I know I need to work harder, just been taking it a bit easy (upper Back has been really tight lately)
