    230lbs
    Been training for decades. Reading alot. Learning alot. Seen alot.

    Enter into Strongman Competitions for the fun of it. Something to strive for. Becoming something I never was growing up. Strong. Big. Muscular. It's taken a Looooonnnnggg time to get this far. hahaha Damn genetics. Started out wanting to be BB......didn't work out for me. (took years to realize that)

    As for where I am in Ontario? About 55min North of Toronto Airport.

    Ugh. Feel a little better today. Been fighting this Damn Head Cold since Saturday. I can thank my fellow co-worker for this one. Piss me off. Head cold in the middle of summer. Oh well, I'm fighting it and getting better.
    Did better in my workout than I thought I would. Now I'm spent. Zero energy. Need sleep. G'night.........................

    About 8". It's a small wooden lifting platform that I place in the Rack. The rack is fairly big (4' x 5') so it allows me to stay inside with the weight while I step-up onto the platform and back down. (hahah it's the ONLY way I would ever do this exercise)

    So-so workout. Right shoulder still twinging in certain movements. Tried DB Cross Hold with 10lbs-----no good Don't know what to about it for the competition. Darn injuries.
