    Been crazy busy (as usual), trying to hit the IRON when I can. Left shoulder is STILL screwed. Ugh. I've reached my tolerance limit......gonna see the RMT. See if he can fix it once and for all.

    Good workout. Bench was done with a pause at the bottom (first time training like that ) Shoulder felt OK then, but now feeling sore. Gonna see the RMT again tomorrow. Really would like to get my Bench up to 300.....

    Looks like you're on the right track to me man!

    For a long term solution I would say bump the weights up 5-10lbs each cycle (so each 5's week, an extra 5-10lbs over the last 5's week). That said, since the meet is only 9 weeks away, you'll probably benefit from bumping it even more if you feel like you can manage.
