    Good session. Starting to get Back into the groove again. Like it.

    Rob - I don't know exactly where I want to go with PL meets. I've done one and I enjoyed it. Looking at all aspects of it now, I'm not sure if I could devote the required time and energy to it. Not a half-ass man here. So I don't know. Hard call really. Life just gets in the way.

    Gazzy - Thanks Gazzy, it was a very cool experience (lots of support from fellow lifters) Good luck on finding a meet. Shame the PL community wasn't bigger over the pond there. Cheers.

    Good recovery from being sick. Looks like you hit the ground running. Is your health 100% now? Hows your strength these days? Looks like your Bench is around 70% of your max.

    Thanks Rob. My health is 100%. Unfortunately my Life is 100% busy. I just wish I could win the lottery and just workout as well as being with my family. In terms of my strength.........ya it's coming back, albeit slow. I'm kinda going BB as opposed to PL for now. I know one is not suppose to train for both.....call me stupid or whatever. Would like to get my numbers up, as well as my size though.

    Your strength curve is really kicking ass. Congrats on the Hard work. You've earned it.

    The 175 went better than I thought it would. It did start good, then got really heavy at the end (let's hear it for the Power Rack!)
