    Yes. I'm doing it on purpose right now. Training BB style a bit. I used to always give myself a 2-3 min. rest between sets. This "torching" is giving me a good pump each time and my muscles are growing more than they used to. It all depends on your goals and what you are trying to achieve at that point in your life.
