    Thanks guys. Rack Pulls are just above knee level. Wanna get the weights up to crazy numbers on those. Maybe 450.......

    So-so workout. PP was going well till the last set. Something didn't feel right in the mid-back. (old age) Did some pulldowns instead of GMs. Oh well. Life carries on........

    Good workout. Used straps on the 405 & 455 Rack Pulls. Call me a wussy or whatever..........I don't care.
