Well I won't have time for it that's all. I'll get Back into it as soon as I can, late-summer time. I just paid for my demo permit ($670) and tomorrow I'll try to get my building permits.....yaaaaa so much fun.

    tonight's crazy mix-up...................

    THURSDAY APRIL 2/09

    Speed Squats................1 x 2 ~ 95, 115, 135, 155 x 8 sets
    Speed SLDLs..................1 x 3 ~ 95, 115, 135 x 6 sets
    Inclined Bench Press.......1 x 6 ~ 65, 95, 115, 125 x 3 sets

All rest times: 1 min. between sets

Tried something different today. Short on time and energy too. Tested my right shoulder on the BP. It held up OK.

Good stuff, as long as you go back to that other workout before long

I've been doing a lot of stuff with little rest between sets too; I convince myself that's my cardio hahaha. 5x3 sumo deadlifts with well under a minute of rest is killer haha

Ya I know about the curls. Sorry, moment of weakness on my part. I am doing the best that I can. But with everything going on my workouts are going to suffer. And I know that. I don't want to accept it.....but I have to.

Don't worry.....I'll NEVER give up the Iron!

    tonight's do................

    THURSDAY APR 30/09

    Inclined DB Bench.........1 x 5 ~ 35, 45, 55, 60, 65
    DB Rows......................1 x 5 ~ 60, 65, 70, 75, 80
    1 Arm DB Press.............1 x 5 ~ 35, 45, 55, 65, 70

Kinda tired. Pulled my right Bicep a bit (and No I didn't do curls Keenan ) Lack of sleep and dealing with 5,000 things a once all the time is really starting to wear me out. At least I got some good news today....the builder is going to use the BIG crane to lift my house sections over the Hydro line etc...Yaaa That'll save me about $4,000.

No. Just a F$%^#&@! Sinus Infection!

House went down on Tuesday. All gone. Unreal. By Friday the new Septic system was in. Now they are digging out for the new foundation. Crazy speed these guys work at.

As for training...........I have been too busy and sick to do anything in the last two weeks. Oh well. I'll get Back in soon. I hope.
