    Just moved into a friend's house. I am SO glad to return that RV. Living in it for 6 weeks was an experince I tell ya. Hopefully never to be repeated. So we will be here for about 3 weeks then onto another friend's house while our new house is being finished. Training for me has taken a back seat. Have lost alot of muscle and strength. Not too happy about that, but I know it will come back fully once I'm training again.

    Good workout all things considered. Legs are already feeling it. Don't know if I can make it back in on Thursday (still so busy). We'll see. Next Monday for sure.

    Oh ya, weighed myself this morning...scary! Down to 204! Yikes!

    Unfortunately, I have not been able to stay consistent with the workouts......one more week and the house should be done. Then we can FINALLY move-in. It's been an interesting (and tiring) 9 weeks I tell ya. I turn 40 on Monday so I would like to get a workout in on that day.....we'll see.

    Thanks bro. Ya now I'm officially 40. Ugh! Don't see myself as 40. Well, if I look in the mirror I do. I am SO out of shape it isn't funny. I have lost so much strength and size. Can't really call myself "BULKBOY" anymore......I so want to be fully back in the gym. I got a workout in on Monday.....but that will be it for this week. Still so much stuff to do around the house and yard. At least we got the computer set-up and we're sleeping in our new house. Now only if I can find my razors.............

    Shooter - Back yes. But in a crappy state. Managed to pick up a nasty Head/Chest Cold this week. Almost didn't make it into the gym. But I dragged my sorry ass and threw some Iron around. To top it off, my new Zune MP3 player did not work at all. &^$%@$%#*!

    9 Week Progression, Next week 8's, then 7's then 6's, then the good Stuff 5/4/3/2/1.
    then at the End of 9 weeks a week of actual 5/4/3/2/1.

    That would be AWESOME
