    at least you're able to get some volume in... I haven't even got an idea of how you can improve the shoulder health...

    Military Press..........4 x 8 ~ 95 grrrrr .... ground them out

    Funny thing is... I'm going to be there one way or the other... With the cut off the first week of may, I'll see how training is coming... talked to my wife and told her I wanted to give it a go and she was cool with it, so now I have to try to put a sound few cycles together and get my form in check... gotta keep these videos coming for help to lol

    Heavier on the rack pulls though. Not a movement suited to higher then triples on a regular basis IMO
