    Shorter rest times tonight. Arms were just over 17" after that sesion. Biggest they have ever been.

    Went Bench Crazy. Now I am paying for it. BIG TIME. Fucked my left shoulder. Could not sleep Thursday night. So much pain and discomfort. Do not wish this on anybody. Got a massage yesterday. Told me it was the joint and that the muscles around are just trying to protect it. Fuck!

    Just got back from camping. No workouts planned for the rest of this week. Shoulder is better, but it hurts like a bugger in certain positions. Gonna see about another massage.......
