    Question about Baby Got Back

    Just started this routine, and I'm loving it so far. I have one concern though. When I did Romanian Deads on the hamstring day, I felt it in my glutes and hams the next day, but also felt it a LOT all over my back all the way up to the traps. I am worried that maybe i'll be overtraining my back especially since ham day is right after the vertical push/pull day...

    any form of deadlift will work your back. you will have the weekend to recover from those workouts, i wouldn't really worry about it
