Seriously, for those of you that don't do them, try em out sometime. I'm always skeptical before doing them, but they always hammer my bi's great, as a psychological bonus your arms look HUGE while doing them

I still like barbell curls the best.
oh yeah, I'm not saying they're better, I'm just saying I love the burn you get from them, I really feel it in the belly of the muscle.
I've always liked them.
I like the range of motion.
Hang ten for justice!
They are harder to cheat on so you have to use less weight....that pretty much tells you why alot of people do not use them too often.

still prefer barbell curls.
i prefer barbell over dumbells for continous tension reaosn over dumbells.
my exprience - joined gym 10 years ago, 6 1/2 years hard weight training exprience.
db's don't put you under constant tension??
Barbell curls followed by incline alt. DB hammer curls is f*cking GREAT in my opinion. Two totally awesome exercises that can really help pack some size onto your biceps.
