I have read all over the place that you should do anywhere from 2-4 warmup sets before going heavy. Here is my question...
Do you do the warmup sets for every exercise or just for the initial one?
If you do are supposed to do them for every exercise, what's the point of that?
I do them for every exercise. It helps me warm up not only the muscle, which I understand mayu have already been worked, but it helps me to get the form down before I hit the heavy stuff.
I only do them for each muscle group.
IMO, there is not point in warming up the same muscle group again, if it is already warm.
Push the envelope/Watch it bend.
do them for the first exercise per muscle group.
