well? I've heard it said that to bulk you need to intake more calories, including fat, and that eating sweets can help you in bulking. But if fat can't turn to muscle, why bother taking in those empty calories?
Your body still needs gas to run the motor.
Push the envelope/Watch it bend.
Fat calories aren't empty calories. Your body NEEDS fat. Bulking is just a way of making sure you consume enough calories to maximize muscle production. The concept of turning fat into muscle has no bearing on this.

Anyways, fat does certain things in the body, say, aids the stimulation of the release of certain hormones, and Test, it also supports new cell growth, because cells need a lot of lipidal material in order to be so darn cellular.
