The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    Clean and dirty.

    Video

My first rep of 242, I shortly did a second rep of it after but my training partner truned the camera off.

The music is for the figure roller skaters we share the floor with... not the best.

Being a strong teenager means nothing.

My wrists hurt, but some people don't have wrists to be sore. My knees have tendinitis, but some people don't have legs to get tendinitis in. I seem to be going backwards with training, yet some people can't even walk let alone lift 400 pounds on a daily basis.

Dust out the vagina, and keep on lifting.

Great speed on that jerk. After you've caught the clean you bend your knees up and down a lot. Is there a reason for that or is it just exaggeration? Always love seeing Olympic lift vids here.

Watch the bar off my chest after the squat, its alot less pain to recieve more weight with the legs than stay stiff. Its just smething I have always done and plets me set my rip for the jerk

We share the rent of the basketball court with a figure rollersakting club, it's theur music.

Great place to train... focusing there is incredibly hard witht he music and all this jailbait floating by on one leg in skates and skirts.

Whoa, wait. You're 16. That doesn't make them jailbait. Not for you.

Nice lift. I am scared of dropping weight on my head and will stick to the PL lifts myself, but way to go. Also that sounds like a very dangerous gym to work out in what with all the jailbait.
