    I bought a food scale. I'm measuring EVERYTHING.

    I'm not ball-parking anything. I am going to count EVERY single thing I eat. I plan to bulk to 180 and cut to 170lbs. I am 140lbs now. Maintenance 2500cals, I'm thinking of bulking on 3500cals.

    I was wondering if you guys can critique my diet:


    10am

    200ml of protein shake
    -------------------------------350cals, 18g

    workout

    12pm

    4 breads - 340 cals, 14g
    90g marble cheese - 360cals, 21g
    cup of water
    -------------------------------700cals, 35g



    2pm
    200ml of protein shake
    -------------------------------350cals, 18g



    4pm
    3 eggs - 210cals, 21g
    1 beef salami sandwhich -250cals, 12g
    -------------------------------460cals, 33g



    6pm
    110g of chicken - 110cals, 23g protein
    85g of fries/or mashed potatoes - 140cals, 2g
    -----------------250cals, 25g


    8pm
    200ml of protein shake
    ----------------------------350cals, 18g

    9pm
    1 beef salami sandwhich - 250cals, 12g

    10pm
    200ml of protein shake
    -----------------------------350cals, 18g


    Total: 3060cals ,177g protein

    Anything else I can add? I'm trying to bulk on 3500cals.

    What kind of protein shake are you wasting money on that has 350 cals and only 18g of protein?

    Drink a LOT of milk!

    Good point. My whey protein has 119 cals for every 25 grams.

    Basically I mix up a 800mL protein shake that has 1500cals and 70g of protein.

    4 Scoops Cytogainer (530cals, 54gprotein)
    2 cups milk (340cals, 18g protein)
    one large banana
    3-4 scoops of peanut butter
    1 cup ice-cream

    I used to chug it all before I go to bed but it ended up making me feel really full in the morning and I wouldn't be able to eat breakfast.

    Ahh, that makes more sense. Carry on then (although if you need more calories I still suggest more milk).
