It's a GPP program, there's a subforum for GPP stuff. It's not really a "bodybuilding" program, although if you eat enough, you'll gain mass. Some say it's a ripoff of crossfit. I've been crossfitting for about 2 years, and it works. You'll be in fantastic shape. Not sure about P90X. One thing is sure, if you think you're in good shape because you lift weights 3x a week, you're wrong. Maybe not wrong, but if you try something like crossfit, or maybe this p90x, you will re-think what "in shape" means. Give it a try, and get back to us.

Basically the program involves lots of reps, with weight, along with bodyweight exercises, with no rest in between "sets". Something like go-go-go-puke (maybe)-go-go-fall on the floor gasping. That's a workout.

My uncle does P90X, he has lost a considerable amount of weight and I see some good definition in his arms. Mind you he started with a huge beer belly, which got smaller, but is still there.

Its a good weight loss program due to the no stops inbetween (among many other things).

If you're new, or out of shape it's possible. Chances are, you can just see the muscle he already had.
