    how should i modify my back routine

    I just did my first GVT workout today, it felt good. Here is my problem, i can't do anywhere near 10 sets of 10 for chins, and I dont have a pulldown machine.

    The workout should go like this....(chest back day)

    DB press 10x10 90sec rests
    Chins 10x10 90sec rests
    flyes 3x10 60sec rests
    db rows 3x10 60 sec rests

    Here is what I can do...

    DB press 10x10 90sec rests
    Chins 3x10 90sec rests
    flyes 3x10 60sec rests
    db rows 10x10 60 sec rests

    Would that be comprobable, just switching the number of sets from bentover rows to chins. I can't really do chins at the end (switch the order to) because after the 10 sets of rows I wont be able to do many chins.

    How does this look? Is doing 10 sets of rows overtraining?

    Sorry, I just dont like high volume training.
    I think its a recipie for overtraining and injury.

    But thats just my opinion.

    They aren't to failure, and the program is designed to elicit massive fatigue in the muscles. Which 10 sets will do quite adequately.
    Vin Diesel has a fever.. and the only prescription is more cowbell.
