    New routine I thought of

    While sitting here at work wasting time, I thought of this routine. Gimme some feedback:

    Monday-Quads/Calves
    High-bar squats
    Leg press
    Leg extension
    Calf raise

    Tuesday-Chest/Tris
    BP
    Dips
    Db BP
    Skulls

    Thursday-Hams/Traps/Bis/Grip
    DL or PL squats
    Shrugs
    SLDL or Rack Pulls if you want
    Static Holds
    Curl

    Friday-Shoulders/Lats
    Overhead Press
    Pullup
    Db Row
    Additional lat/shoulder work as needed

    I figured this would be a damn good way to organize bodyparts without conflicting issues too much. Bicep and grip work would possibly be better moved to Friday, but I don't think it matters.

    Geeze people!

    Well, I guess a little clarification is in order--

    As with practically every routine I design, the first exercise should be done heavy-- 5 reps or less, in the 3's fairly often. The rest should fall between 5 and 10. Its really up to you.

    One exception in this case is the OL squat on Monday and the DL or PL squat on Thursday-- Monday should be 6-10 reps, and Thursday should be 3-5, or even a few sets of heavy (NOT maximal) singles.

    Like I said, for the most part its up to you.

    I would switch regular bench press with close grip, so you would have 2 for chest and 2 for tris. The rest looks fine to me.

    How about zerchers?

    I don't like overhead squats foo!

    I think that the high bars + the leg press are more than enough for quads.
