The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness
Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?
The rack at my local gym ends up mid-thigh at its lowest setting. I would have to stand on 3-4 plates to get it just below knee level.
Anyone else do this and find that it's stable enough?
