First of all what is the core? Is it basically the abs? So just work it out by crunches, leg lifts, etc.?
Second of all how do you workout your upper back? Preferrably exercises with a barbell or dumbbell. And the lower back is just the lats right as in work it out with mainly chin-ups?
Low back would involve the muscles of the spinal erectors. Good exercise would be back raises BW and weighted, deads, sldl, and gm's. The core consists of all the supporting muscles of your midsection. Anything from weighted ab work to deads, to squats would work the core. elitefts.com and do a search for core and you should come up with some ideas. The upperback can be worked many ways. Use the search here and you'll answer alot of your own questions.
covers your whole back and core
Ok thanks a bunch guys. Also I was wondering would it hurt to work the abs more? At the moment I work them twice a week and do 60 crunches and 60 bicycle manuevers. But I might be adding new exercises like crunches and bicycle manuevers one day and other ab work outs the next day. But would it hurt if I worked them 3 times a week? Tuesday, Thursday and Friday?
honestly if you're doing squats and deadlifts and rows while contracting the abs they get a good enough workout.
you can train them whenever you want, but you dont have to do that much. maybe 3x8 weighted decline situps
the grass could be greener, and itll always be greener on the other side, but you just never know....this could be the one
Being a strong teenager means nothing.
My wrists hurt, but some people don't have wrists to be sore. My knees have tendinitis, but some people don't have legs to get tendinitis in. I seem to be going backwards with training, yet some people can't even walk let alone lift 400 pounds on a daily basis.
Dust out the vagina, and keep on lifting.
