so my mother is wanting to start lifting. ive set up her diet but im clueless as what to do for her. she cant lift much obvisously and her main goal is to loose fat. i dont know wheather to keep her on heavy compound lifts or what
If you are gonna keep her on heavy compound lifts then at least find out her 1RM on each. Load up with 300lbs and work up.
