Hey right now im doing alot of cardio and endurence drills, so people tell me to only train on a 3 day weight training split
does it matter if its a 3 day or a 4 day if im doing alot of cardio and major endurence drills,
It depends. If you feel that doing a 4 day split allows you to get enough rest and recovery (while you are also doing your cardio exercises) than go for it.
I personally am doing a variation of the WBB Routine 1 (which is 3 days a week) since I also started doing a bit of cardio each day.
**I also don't have much time each day to workout 4 times a week.**
