    Protein Shake - Is this too much?

    Ice/Water
    2 Scoops Whey
    Handful Oats
    1 Tablespoon 1% Cottage Cheese
    1 Tablespoon Natural PB
    1 Banana
    1 Peach

    Tastes pretty good...but is it too much?

    Sounds tasty.. hell, it sounds like desert!

    I'd try it on a bulk. Its pretty packed calorie wise, but if it fits into your diet.. knock yourself out.

    I actually take one of these before bed..do you believe this will turn in to fat? I work afternoon/night hrs and i'm usually pretty hungry before going to bed.

    When I'm bulking, I prefer the DQ cookie dough blizzard with extra cookie on the side.. then i mix up a 4 scooper shake to down afterwards..
