I'd try it on a bulk. Its pretty packed calorie wise, but if it fits into your diet.. knock yourself out.
Sounds decent to me. Chart your progress, that's the only way you'll know.
I actually take one of these before bed..do you believe this will turn in to fat? I work afternoon/night hrs and i'm usually pretty hungry before going to bed.

When I'm bulking, I prefer the DQ cookie dough blizzard with extra cookie on the side.. then i mix up a 4 scooper shake to down afterwards..
