I am a fairly new user and I had just a few questions.I am in my second month of serious weight training.I am progressing well. I am 5'11 235. Dead- 315x8, Bench 120 Dumbellsx8 Bi's-100x8, Tris- Skulls- 150x6.17'Arms. Diet is 350 Protein, 200 carbs Fat about 40-50 gms a day. Cardio- low intensity suff 3xweek. Here is my dilemna, I am 18% bf, OUCH.. Any tips on how to lower this, Lower my carb intake?.. Or do more cardio?.. The only question would be would I lose strengh in the process, HELP!!...

Lower your calorie intake to 2-300 calories below maintenance and increase your cardio.
Push the envelope/Watch it bend.
By the way, those are some impressive lifts for only 2 months of lifting. Good job!
