my back is fried! comments are always welcome. i know my upper back is rounded quite a bit on the zerchers, i have long arms and thats as straight as it gets on zerchers
Wow I've honestly never heard of seated good mornings. Any big difference from normal gm's? For some reason it seems like they'd be a little easier on your back since you're sitting. May try them sometime.
actually seated good mornings hit the back very hard. sitting down almost takes the hams out of the equation.

oh and detard, my back is sore already. i just did them today. try alternating extreme hot and extreme cold on the low back in the shower...i did this earlier and it felt awesome
I am feeling it now too. I really like the feel I got from them but also it could be due to doing a new exercise too. I like the doing them from the bench idea too. Then you don't have to squat it up.
you did it right....definitley have to pop an ammonia before a heavy zercher. Nice job lones.

haha the ammonia was mostly to block the pain in my biceps and elbows, i haven't ever gone that heavy on them...it looks like both my biceps are torn today they are bruised so bad!

I do seated GM on the bench also, touching my chin to the bench and back up.
I'll have to give zerchers a try next time also.
